The most useful messages we get are about a calculator result that does not line up with something else, most often a due date from this site that differs from what a provider assigned after an ultrasound. If that is why you are writing, tell us which calculator you used, the exact date or number you entered, the result it gave, and the figure you were expecting instead. With those details we can re-run the method by hand and either fix a genuine bug or point you to the redating rule in ACOG Committee Opinion No. 700 that explains why an ultrasound-based date can legitimately differ from a last-period calculation.
The committee opinions and studies behind this site's calculators are listed with their publication dates on the editorial standards page. If a newer ACOG opinion has replaced one we cite, or a figure has been reaffirmed with a different number, send us the source and we will update the page and note the date of the change rather than editing it silently.
We reply within one to two business days. What we cannot do is answer a medical question about your specific pregnancy, review a symptom, or tell you whether a result "looks right" for you; that judgment belongs to your doctor or midwife, who can see your chart and your scans and we cannot.
